COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd., “CHI Dalian” is the leading Shipyard for ship repairs and conversions in northern China, and one of the core enterprises in China's coastal heavy industry field. It is located in the very modern city of Dalian and it specializes in Shiprepairing & complicated conversion projects, as well as newbuildings and offshore projects. Shipyard has an annual repair & conversion capacity of more than 230 vessels, covering mainstream vessel types such as bulk carriers, general cargo carriers, product/chemical tankers, asphalt carriers, etc. It has an annual FPSO conversion capacity of 2 to 3 projects, known as the “Top FPSO Conversion Shipyard in the World”. The shipyard operates three floating docks and one dry dock, with total docking capacity of 610,000 tons, and sufficient repair and conversion manpower, including 1,500 Steel workers, 1,000 pipe fitters, 360 scaffolding workers and 240 sandblasting guns.

CHI Guangdong Shipyard is a high-class repair enterprise in the area of south China, It is located adjacent to Guanzhou New Port and Huangpu Port , alongside Pearl River , in Huangpu , Guangzhou in the area of southern China with good weather for ship repairing.
Shipyard is equipped with a Panama size DWT 80,000 floating dock, a DWT 150,000 dock, four repair berths, a deep quay of 1200m, and 200,000 m2 land area 120000 square meters of workshop and other facilities.
CHI Guangdong Shipyard possesses a team of experienced engineers and skilled workers and can handle around 200 vessels per year from more than 28 countries and has abundant experience in complicated projects as well as undertaking new construction of offshore facilities and vessels.

COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. - "CHI (Shanghai)" (ex. CIC Changxing Shipyard), is located at Changxing Island. Since December of 2016, the company has been reorganized and operates under the roof of COSCO SHIPPING HEAVY INDUSTRY CO. LTD.
It is a modern enterprise and is considered to be one of the biggest bases for the repair of ships and offshore projects. The shipyard is adjacent to Shanghai’s Waigaoqiao container terminal and Ro-Ro wharf and it is linked / connected with Shanghai downtown by a Cross-river tunnel. The premium & convenient geographical position of the shipyard does not require from the owner to compensate for extra tuggage or pilotage that is needed for other shipyards located up stream.
COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. - "CHI (Shanghai)", with deep waters up to 16 meters and 3500m long coast line can accommodate up to VLLC vessels, for general large scale ship repair, but also it can undertake offshore engineering projects including the conversion work of FPSO and oil drilling platform.

It is located in Zhoushan area at Liuheng Island, an excellent geographical location for shiprepairs & newbuildings, just opposite from the Ningbo busy port and close to Shanghai. CHI Zhoushan Shipyard is close to the international sea route and navigation hub clusters in Asia, and it is presently the biggest shiprepairing & newbuilding yard of the CHI Group equipped with multiple docks and capable of servicing all marine activities.
CHI Zhoushan Shipyard occupies 2,000,000 m2 with 4060 meters coastline, three dry docks, two slipways and 7 piers. The capacity of dry docks is 100,000 DWT, 150,000+80,000 DWT, and 300,000 DWT. The capacity of 7 piers are as below: 100,000DWT (one), 70,000 DWT (double),150,000 DWT (double) and 300,000 DWT(double).
With a scientific management system and leading technology, COSCO (Zhoushan) Shipyard has repaired and converted more than 1650 vessels of different types such as container ship, bulk carrier, oil tanker, chemical ship, 5000PCTC, pipe layer and offshore platform. The shipyard also received an outstanding reputation from bulb bow conversion for container vessels.
